We do our best to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the item if deemed a manufacturing defect. We do accept returns and sizing exchanges. For all returns and exchanges, items must be in new, unwashed, re-sellable condition, with all original tags intact.
- For all returns and exchanges, please ship to our office address above.
- Please Include a copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or order number inside the return package.
- There are NO exchanges or returns on closeout, clearance, sale items, or products from previous seasons.
- THIS INCLUDES BLACK FRIDAY-CYBER MONDAY.
- We do NOT cover shipping for returns and exchanges.
- Dirty, damaged or used products will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of receiving the goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse items returned after 30 days or they may be eligible to be honored with store credit only.
- For sizing exchanges, the new item desired must be available at Jiberish.com prior to shipping back to our offices.
- For domestic orders please include $10 cash/check to cover return shipping if an exchange is requested.
