All orders will ship via USPS by default, unless selecting FedEx at checkout.
We ask for two to three weeks for order fulfillment, although most orders will ship much sooner.
We allow exchanges for in-stock product, and returns for store credit. Any returns or exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original packaging.
All exchange and return requests must be made within seven days of delivery. To get started, email customerservice@jiberish.com with your order number, the item you need to exchange, and the size you need.
