All orders will ship via USPS by default, unless selecting FedEx at checkout.
We ask for two to three weeks for order fulfillment, although most order will ship much sooner.
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. We also understand that not everything fits as expected when shopping online, so our return and exchange policy could use a little explaining.
Products from our monthly drops are one-and-done. Once a size sells out, we won’t have more inventory coming. We’ll do our best to exchange an item for a different size, but we can’t guarantee that the size you need will still be available. If we can’t make the exchange, you may return the item for store credit.
All exchange and return requests must be made within seven days of delivery. To get started, email customerservice@jiberish.com with your order number, the item you need to exchange, and the size you need.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Requests made after the seven-day window, or items returned in anything other than their original condition, will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send the replacement size we confirmed with you. If we’re unable to make the exchange, we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price of the returned item.
