Q: How will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled. Please allow additional time during sales events and reference each product's description for any exceptions to this time frame. Additionally, your selected shipping method is only reflective of the estimated transit time once an order is shipped, it does not include the fulfillment period.
Q: My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?
A: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for re-shipping the item. If a package is returned to us you may be asked to purchase postage to re-ship the item. Please contact the mailer (USPS, FedEx, DHL) regarding any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. This is typically a time sensitive issue, so as soon as you suspect a missing package, take action. Please note, If you choose a USPS First Class shipping option, there are limited tracking features and we will be unable to initiate a claim if a package is lost.
Q: The item I want is sold out. When will you restock?
A: We do not do restocks. Once an item sells out, it's gone for good.
Q: What retailers sell Jiberish?
A: Jiberish is not offered through any outside retailers. The only place to purchase our apparel is through our website.
Q: I am stoked on Jiberish, where can I get some stickers?
A: We love that you guys want to rep our company and we certainly appreciate the enthusiasm for the brand. But, we do not give our stickers away to the general public or sell them. They go to our family of artists, athletes, designers, and friends of Jiberish. If we decide that we would like you to have our die-cut stickers we will offer them to you. In the meantime please understand that we will not respond to an email request for stickers.
Q: Can I be sponsored?
A: Jiberish supports an ever growing team of athletes that we hand select. If we like you we will reach out to you. But if you really think we will be interested you can send a promo video and resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How do I care for my hoodie or t-shirt?
A: For hoodies we suggest hand/spot washing if possible. If absolutely necessary wash inside out on a cold cycle with like colors and hang drying to avoid shrinkage. Dry cleaning is another great option. For our SUPIMA tees, wash on a cold cycle and hang to dry. Please keep in mind our tees and hoodies are made up entirely, or primarily, of cotton, which is a natural fiber that shrinks when exposed to heat. Q: Can I just call you guys to place an order?
A: We do not have the ability to take phone orders. The only way to purchase our clothing is through our website.
Q: I want to design for Jiberish. How do I submit my resume and become a Jiberish Artist?
A: Jiberish works with some exceptionally talented artists that we are proud to have as a part of our Family. Occasionally we look to bring on additional designers with strong apparel and textile experience. If you think you are qualified to be a part of the team you can reach us through our contact page with your portfolio information and we will review and either contact you or keep the info on file.
Q: My Jiberish gear seems to have suffered from a manufacturing defect, what is your warranty?
A: Jiberish strives to uphold the highest quality and stands by that quality. Occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this happened to you we want to know about it and do our best to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the item if deemed a manufacturing defect. Please read our warranty information first and then feel free to reach out through our contact page and we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
