Back in 2013 we designed a collection for Woolrich following up on a successful collaboration we’d done as a brand with them. Spring 2015 was slated to the be the first release and it was proposed as an annual range for their brand called 'Woolrich by Jiberish'. For a variety of reasons, a lot of projects get to the finish line but never see the light of day. There aren't hard feelings when things like this happen either. This was certainly not the first nor the last that had this fate. We had designed, sampled and created a full range of products as well as shot the lookbook for it, but the project never made it to market. Just because it never was produced doesn't mean the work that the people put into it can't be appeciated though. Here is a look at a few of the pieces which were cut and sewn from Japanese jacquard fabrics, hand dyed indigos and unique cotton/nylon blends. Shot by long time friend Luca Venter with the OG 'Yung Struggle', aka Tanner Cindric, modeling.
