We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on all purchases placed through the Jiberish LoHi or Vault stores as well as through any of the Official Jiberish Retailers Globally. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will offer a full refund on all products providing they still have their tags and are unworn and kept in re-sellable condition. This return policy is good for 60 days from purchase. All manufacturing defects are resolved via a refund, replacement, or repair (when possible) no questions asked. We just ask that you mail it to us and we will get you taken care of. To exchange for a new size, you must first make sure the new desired item is in stock online at Jiberish.com. Warranty
The Jiberish Clothing Warranty lasts for 1 year from purchase of the merchandise. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the product. It is clothing and it will break-in over time. This warranty does not cover the clothing if you decide to wear it and fall while skating, snowboarding, skiing, biking, dancing really hard, running from the cops, excessive partying, or other physical abuse. It is not outerwear, it is not hardgoods, it is clothing. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper washing, drying, and/or detergents. Most of our Sweatshirts and T-Shirts are made from organic cotton and it is a natural fiber that is going to shrink some when it comes into contact with water. Please keep this in mind. But if the clothing is not holding up its end of the bargain and stitching is unraveling or there is an issue with it in anyway that is not something you feel is acceptable, email us at customerservice@jiberish.com and we will do our best to get your issue resolved quickly and fairly.
