We reserve the right to change the terms that provide you use of our Site. Your use of www.jiberish.com constitutes your consent to follow the terms as adjusted. We may change the website from time to time and remove information at our discretion.
Product Information and Ordering
The majority of the Jiberish products displayed on this website are available in select retailers in the US and Internationally while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed on the website may not be available or sold-out. We make clothing and accessories in small numbers and sometimes they are gone within a matter of minutes of release.
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 14 business days please notify customerservice@jiberish.com and we will get you taken care of. All Colorado residents will incur an 7.72% sales tax.
Product Exchanges
In regards to product exchanges, please contact customerservice@jiberish.com with any questions or concerns you may have. Jiberish only will exchange items purchased at Jiberish.com or at one of the Jiberish flagship stores. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them in regards completing an exchange. We require a proof of purchase for any exchange inquires. If proof is unavailable, we can research customer purchases in our system.
Jiberish does not cover shipping costs for any sizing, color-way, or other types of exchanges. As long as there the desired inventory is available, we would be happy to help with any exchanges that have not been voided under our warranty policy. When sending items back to our return address, please include a prepaid return-shipping label inside the package.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In event that we accept payment for an item that is no longer available we will refund your purchase.
Colors
We do our best to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However due to setting variations and monitor quality we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
