Q: I have the coolest boutique in my town. How can I carry Jiberish in my store?
A: For all US retail inquiries contact gabe@jiberish.com and for all International retail inquiries please contact pete@jiberish.com. Please send all relevant info along including pictures of your store, a list of current brands stocked in your store (not what you want to carry, but actually carry) website address (if applicable), physical address, ect. Please be aware that we do receive a number of these emails and it may take a while for us to get back to you.
Q: Can I just call you guys at the store and place an order?
A: No. We do not publish a store phone number. Business in our Flagship stores is limited to walk-in customer only. We do have a dynamic shopping cart option though and that allows you to purchase clothing through our website. Otherwise, you can go directly through any of our retailers in North America, Europe, Asia, or Australia to purchase our clothing. Click here for a list of all of all official Jiberish retailers.
Q: My Jiberish gear seems to have suffered from a manufacturing defect, what is your warranty?
A: Jiberish strives to uphold the highest quality and stands by that quality. Occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this happened to you we want to know about it and do our best to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the item if deemed a manufacturing defect. Please read our warranty information first and then feel free to contact us at customerservice@jiberish.com and we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
Q: I am stoked on Jiberish, where can I get some stickers?
A: We love that you guys want to rep our company and we certainly appreciate the enthusiasm for the brand. But, we do not give our stickers away to the general public or sell them. They go to our family of artists, athletes, designers, and friends of Jiberish. If we decide that we would like you to have our die-cut stickers we will offer them to you. In the meantime please understand that we will not respond to an email request for stickers.
Q: I got mad artistic skills and want to design for Jiberish. How do I submit my resume and become a Jiberish Artist?
A: Jiberish works with some exceptionally talented artists that we are proud to have as a part of our Family. Occasionally we look to bring on additional designers with strong apparel and textile experience. If you think you are qualified to be a part of the team you can contact us with your portfolio information and we will review and either contact you or keep the info on file. Please be aware that we do receive a number of resumes and portfolios and it may take a while for us to get back to you.
Q: How do I know what size I am?
A: Jiberish jackets and tees are cut-and-sewn from our own patterns and so we designed them to fit significantly better than a standard cheap wholesale hoodie or tee. A majority of our clothing will fit a bit slimmer unlike the boxy cut from the generic blanks most brands use. This custom fit has been tweaked over the years to be as close to perfect as possible. Q: Can I be sponsored?
A: Most likely not. Jiberish supports an ever growing team of athletes that we hand select. If we like you we will reach out to you. But if you really think we will be interested you can send a promo video and resume to gabe@jiberish.com. Please be aware that we do receive a number of these emails and it may take a while for us to get back to you.
Q: Can I be your Distributor?
A: We are well represented at the moment but if you believe you are a good match for us contact pete@jiberish.com with your company info including brands you currently represent, business referrals, and country you operate in. Please be aware that we do receive a number of these emails and it may take a while for us to get back to you.
Q: I want to know all kinds of things like website statistics, marketing philosophies, sales strategies, market data, and business growth for a project I am working on in school. Can you help me by providing me with all kinds of information for my school Project?
A: No. We still don't have enough time in the day to handle all aspects of running our business so unfortunately we cannot devote any time towards your school work. Plus, the approach we have taken with our company is definitely not typical and would probably be considered incorrect based on traditional educational models. If you are really interested in learning from us though you can submit a resume to careers@jiberish.com and if you give a compelling enough of a pitch, we might consider you for an internship at some point in the future.
